Lain down Mother Earth blankets me
Melt into the deluge of tranquility
The spider webs of the galaxies call to me
I know you want thee..
And to think I'm amongst lions and snakes
Yet we ascend aligned nocturnal callings
Nebulous pulsations dance in the midst
Inner walls collapse forever falling
I know you want thee, rites of primitivity
Roaming wandering free, howling entities
Walking through the weeping gardens of life, arriving at the tower
Ascended, resurrected, from the pit of bones
Ravenous vultures carry me, to the endless beyond
I saw so much hype about this from all the Translation Loss fans, but never did much listening beyond a few seconds of a drum playthrough. Not really sure why I dismissed it, but I goofed big time. This is far beyond the typical new wave of death metal that I thought it was. There's so many colors being utilized to paint this sonic landscape and it's all so cohesive. Perfect execution and diverse songs really put Aseitas at the forefront of progressive death metal. joshfields
Vicious, sharp album that pounds you down with it's million accurate knife stabs. It packs such unexplained concentrated heaviness inside that it's not even funny. This record will swipe your smile off and take the command inside your brains. Unique and marvelous record that is hard to unwrap. It just works perfectly. 𝙅𝙤𝙚 𝙎𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙡𝙡
If “atmospheric black metal” implies majestic comedowns and dramatic dynamics, this powerhouse instead constitutes anti-atmospheric black metal. Bandcamp Album of the Day Mar 23, 2021
